Inclusion Criteria: * Woman of age 18-60 * Pregnant woman in outdoor patient department and emergency Exclusion Criteria: * patient. with history of hypersensitivity to opioids, * ketamine or bupivacaine * History of cardiovascular disease, * Hypertension, * psychosis, * antepartum hemorrhage, * cord prolapse, * fetal distress
