Inclusion criteria
β. Non-restorable teeth in maxillary inter-bicuspid region.
β. All teeth have labial plate dehiscence (socket type II) after extraction.
β. Patients free from any systemic conditions that may affect healing.
β. Adequate bone volume for the placement of immediate implant.
β. Presence of the adjacent teeth.
β. Compliant patients.
Exclusion criteria
β. Smokers.
β. Pregnant females.
β. Patients who were taking or currently taking any of the bisphosphonates.
β. Any disease that might affect bone metabolism as osteoporosis.
β. Insufficient inter-occlusal distance or mesio-distal space to place an implant supported restoration.
