Inclusion Criteria: * patients undergoing allo-HSCT for their neoplastic hematologic diseases * written informed consent * achievement of hematopoietic recovery from aplasia post-allo-HSCT * predictable life expectancy \> 6 months Exclusion Criteria: * presence of active malignant hematologic disease at time of allo-HSCT
