Inclusion Criteria: * Patients suffering from high trans-sphincteric anal fistula Exclusion Criteria: * Acute sepsis. * Specific cause of fistula e.g. Crohn's disease * Strictured anorectum. * Any degree of incontinence * Recurrent anal fistula. * Low anal fistula. * Previous anorectal surgery.
