Inclusion Criteria: * Any patient who needs pedicle screw placement for any spine condition Exclusion Criteria: * Previous spine surgery * Pedicle fracture documented before or during surgery. * Preoperative identified neurological deficit of the nerve roots close to the instrumented levels
